This section is being seeded with content from the ieee1364-notes.txt file that is bundled with the source. The purpose is to enumerate the known cases where Icarus Verilog intentionally deviates (or constrains) from baseline Verilog. This is not quite the same as Language Extensions, which should be documented in a different chapter.
